Does my order come with a stand?

At the moment, our signs do not include a stand. While we don't sell stands directly, we’ll soon be sharing a helpful guide with recommendations and referral links to our trusted stand suppliers. Stay tuned!

Does my sign come with ribbons?

The signs do not come with a ribbon included, but we offer ribbon as an add-on for a small extra fee. You can add it to your order through this Add Ribbon Page.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks. Please allow additional time for shipping, which can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Rush orders are available for an extra fee.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We can customize your sign with your preferred text, colors, and design elements. Just provide us with your ideas, and we’ll bring them to life.

Can I change the design after placing my order?

We can accommodate design changes before the sign is in production. Once production has started, changes may incur additional charges or delays.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or an error was made in the order. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please reach out for more information about pricing and availability.

I want to order a seating chart, but I don't know our seating plan yet. Can I still order?

Yes, you can definitely order a seating chart before finalizing your seating plan! Just let us know in the personalization box that you're still finalizing the seating arrangement and provide an estimated date for when you'll have it confirmed. Also, include the date you need the sign by, so we can make sure there's enough time for production and shipping.

What if I’m not sure what design I want?

No problem! We offer design consultations where we can help you brainstorm ideas and suggest styles that match your wedding theme. Simply contact us via our Custom Orders page.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Currently we only ship within Europe but we are working hard to get further shipping options available, like the US, UK and Australia.
